Footwork (final)
The final design is a realistic three-dimensional image of a sneaker. It represents my love for sneakers, dance and design. The colorway of the sneaker is based on the CMYK color model, which happens to be a few of my favorite colors. To enable the letters MEL to stand out, the other colors used are whites and greys as a contrast.

Stage 4 - Final Prototype
This was the final prototype I presented in class. I chose the portrait over a landscape because this made the sneakers in a central position. One problem I had was that I couldn’t get the same colours on screen on paper as well!
The class commented that the ‘E’ was the most outstanding, and that there should be a change in colours of the background. I’m considering changing the colour of the sneakers completely, because when the whites were printed out, they looked grey and dull. I will also include outlines of the entire image to show the various segments more clearly. Perhaps I should consider a change in setting as well, maybe on a black background in the spotlight? I think I still have quite a lot of work to do for this one!
